Elections Day: Balloting Report until 4:00 pm

Based on a sample representing 60% of the ballot boxes in all polling stations, the percentage of voters until 4 pm had reached 26% increasing from 12%at 01:00 pm.
So far, and in general no violations that can be seen as influencing the voting process has been recorded and all the recorded incidents does not influence the will of the voters or the process.
The screens and the electronic connection works well in all the centers with a slight fault in the screens were dealt with some polling rooms.
Cases of attempted public, collective or family vote were recorded, and the secrecy of polling was not taken into consideration in 10% of the polling stations that were not monitored. Incidents of taking photos of ballot papers were recorded in 6% of the polling stations that were monitored.
3% of the monitored polling stations had witnessed complaints to the committees from voters or candidates' representatives, and 3.5% of the polling stations that were monitored interferences from observers to assist the voters. Incidents of assisting voters by candidates’ representatives were recorded in 4% of the monitored polling stations. Incidents of assisting the companions of voters for a number of voters were recorded in 3% of the total polling stations that were monitored.
Incidents of casting a ballot without having an official ID were recorded in 13% of the monitored polling stations. Incidents where the information of voters were not checked in the electronic register was recorded in 6% of the monitored polling stations. Incidents where the name of the voters were not checked in the physical register were recorded in 15% of the monitored polling stations.
102 cases of voters who did not dip their index fingers in the designated ink were recorded, and 40 cases were the companions of the voters did not dip their index fingers in the designated ink. Incidents of replacing damaged ballot papers was recorded in 26% of the monitored polling stations.
Persons with disabilities were not given priority in voting in 13% of the polling stations that were monitored.
Security personnel are in the polling stations and in the corridors, and a number of them are standing at the doors of the polling stations.
